Website terms — review version
The website describes possible service scopes and provides educational material. A service engagement requires a separately agreed scope and commercial terms.
Service descriptions
Descriptions are intended to support a scoping conversation. They do not create a service agreement, response-time commitment, round-the-clock monitoring obligation or guaranteed outcome. Availability, geography, fees, deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance criteria must be confirmed for the engagement.
Authorized security work
Security testing is considered only for systems with appropriate authorization. Written permission, scope, safety limits, evidence handling and stop conditions must be agreed before activity begins. Descriptions of attack simulation are not permission to test third-party systems.
Educational content
Guides explain general considerations, not individualized legal advice, emergency response or a certification. Examples are illustrative unless explicitly identified as verified case studies. Validate any technical recommendation against the actual environment and current vendor guidance before use.
Materials and third-party names
Brand names and source references are used descriptively. No third-party partner status, certification or endorsement is claimed by listing a technology or linking its documentation. Rights and permitted use of project deliverables are governed by the relevant agreement.
Review status
These terms are a draft for approval before launch. The final contractual and jurisdictional provisions must be reviewed by the site owner and qualified advisers where appropriate.
